DANISCO® VEGE Cultures

A specially designed VEGAN blend of defined strains of lactic acid bacteria for fermenting Soy, Coconut and other Nuts (Almond, Walnut and more). The VEGE061 has a mild flavour with a robust acidification.

Content: Streptococcus thermophilus | Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus | Lactobacillus paracasei | Lactobacillus acidophilus (NCFM®) | Bifidobacterium lactis (HN019™)

 

100% VEGAN CULTURE

SIZE: 40DCU. Good enough for about 10-20kg of Cashews or 100-200L of NutMilk.

Cultures need to be kept refrigerated +4C or frozen for up to 12 months.
